Training Resources

With a new service soon to commence our client, who is a tourism transport operator, needed procedures and operating instructions written for their onboard staff, who would then need to be trained in time for the launch. With various key financial stakeholders involved it was imperative that everything ran smoothly, and on time. We quickly identified what we would need to produce a high spec suite of training materials, which required site visits to check documentation as it was being developed and to photograph features that would aid the learning process.

With a high percentage of absentee landlords and the added challenge of it being a mixed use premise it became clear early on to the management team for this complex that they would need an accessible, central source of information if everyone was to be kept fully informed. A website was the obvious answer and they asked us to write the content.

Instructional Document

Needing a simple version of an induction instruction this client enlisted our help. Our brief was to produce a diagram that could be easily and quickly interpreted in what were often emergency situations. Their preference was also for a predominantly visual resource as some of their technicians are ESL speakers.

In terms of content and quality, the standard of the material Webb Partners produces would be the envy of Polytechnics, PTEs and ITOs I have taught at and dealt with in my short but colourful career. A good Job well done.
