Health & Safety Plan
A law change brought about the need for a Health & Safety plan for this client’s apartment, retail and office complex. Working with one of our specialist contractors we undertook a comprehensive safety audit, identifying potential hazards and the associated risks. The result; the management team now have a weighted list of risks to manage, giving then confidence and assurity to act. The plan also allows them to accurately prioritise their capital expenditure, and back up their decisions when reporting to stakeholders.
UFB Installation
The need to install new infrastructure into a multi level complex so that tenancies could take advantage of high speed fibre internet offering, posed a problem for this client. A retrofit 20 years prior had not allowed for such future requirements. This coupled with the need to work with a range of sub contract service providers made it clear from the outset that this was going to be a complex undertaking. Our involvement in the project spanned 3 years and often entered unchartered territory. The result however was not only hugely beneficial for all, but also provided a blueprint for embracing new technology in the future.
Camera Base
Sometimes a project comes along and you just know it’s the right thing to be involved in. For us that was Camera Base. At first we volunteered our time for the satisfaction and challenge it provided. However as volunteer numbers grew and the value of the service was realised, we saw an opportunity to do more. This was the beginning of a 5 year journey. We provided full management services, including staffing the unit, creating training material, writing an operational desk file,instituting reporting processes and establishing databases. The result, a slick operation making an invaluable contribution to city safety.
