Prototype Display Testing

Our client, along with their brand partners wanted to improve sales of two alcohol products. Anecdotal information suggested that younger shoppers weren’t purchasing as they saw the brands as old-fashioned. Prototype merchandising units were produced to showcase a modern take on how the products could be used. We then studied customer interaction with the displays over a range of stores in different localities, alongside sales data for the products. The information we gathered led to modifications to the design, as well as a clear plan of where they would be rolled out. The outcome, more effective use of resources.

Personal Track Safety

This client who is a provider of public transport had recently fitted new equipment and now needed their personnel to be aware of the new hazards this had created. Not knowing what knowledge and skills already existed we started by researching this to provide a starting point, and then followed with a training assessment. The final stage of the project was to create refresher material to support ongoing safe practises and behaviours.

Mall Shopper Research

A mall leasing agent asked for our help in measuring foot traffic and identifying shopping patterns. They needed this information to validate rents, and to guide some planned layout changes. Our cost effective video research service was perfect for this project. The results meant our client was able to confidently negotiate lease agreements, and they had the information needed to justify the build investment to the mall owners.
