A client called and asked:

"Can you make process maps pretty, and update technical documentation so it is:

- Easier to use

- Tidy up the formatting, add table of contents, name pictures etc.

- Remove duplications

- Simplify the language"

He said that he had tried AI but it made a big mess of the formatting etc. So in my best Bob the Builder impression I said "Yes we can!"

After 4 weeks the documents have the same look and feel, full; table of contents, tables, pictures and the process maps look like a family of documents.

We made calm from chaos!
