With a new service soon to commence our client, a tourism transport operator, needed procedures and operating instructions written for their onboard staff, who would then need to be trained in time for the launch of the service. Also, with various key financial stakeholders involved it was imperative that everything ran smoothly, and on time.
We quickly identified that we would need to produce a high spec suite of training materials, which required site visits to check documentation as it was being developed and to photograph features that would aid the learning process.
