From writing content to scoping locations and working with the videographers we project managed this work from start to finish. The outcome, an audio-visual aid that seamlessly guides the learner, delivering task information in manageable components, and all in a risk-free environment! Add to that a reduction in course time of 20%.

Crime Prevention Guide

In response to an increase in retail crime we worked with key stakeholders to establish Eyes On, a prevention-first initiative which uses a closed communication network for businesses to share critical real time information on shoplifting and other crime related issues. Once up and running a need was identified by members for a resource that would bring useful information and advice from police and other agencies together in one place. Keen to run a competition to improve operational safety awareness in their industry this client needed a full-service management resource to successfully guide them through the process. Our solution, a handbook covering everything from promotional communications, entry forms and criteria, to judging and award presentation.
