Process Review

Having undergone substantial change within their business this client needed help in bringing information from numerous documents into one resource that was easy for everyone to access and understand. We reviewed the documents, editing content to improve readability, and replaced text with pictures, diagrams and tables to illustrate processes. The result was a single cohesive document which was sequenced on actual work flow, illustrated for visual learners, and duplication free. Camera Base Reporting

Following the set up of a central city CCTV monitoring centre the key stakeholders for this initiative needed not only to recruit volunteer operators to man the cameras, they also needed to set up in-house processes and create learning and development resources. It was truly a matter of starting from scratch. The opportunity to be involved in this project gave us the chance to use our full range of skills and constantly look for ways to improve the service for its customers. Incident reporting in particular was a crucial area of development.
