The bathroom fan has a ‘run on’ timer. Whenever the fan is turned off it will operate for a while longer and then turn itself off.
Heat lamps
Always have the fan on when using the heat lamp function.
Towel rail
1. The switch is labeled on and off. Note: it’s not the normal on and off sequence.
2. The towel rail is on a timer to save you power:
- 4 hours on 8 hours off.
- It repeats every twelve hours.
Heat Pump
Hot water cylinder
This is outside to the left of the back door. The panel shows the temperature and the time.
If any error messages or warnings appear on the screen, please contact the landlord as soon as they are noticed.
Power meters
Two meters are in a white cabinet on the south side of the house (cover removed in this picture). The meters are Smart meters and can be read remotely by your electricity provider.
Security lights
Lights on:
the front of the house - by the conservatory door
front, side and back of garage
These will turn on and off automatically as the sensors detect movement. Light switches that control these are labelled ‘sensor’ and need to be left turned on.
Switchboard
This is in the hallway outside the bathroom.
The garage circuit breakers are on the top line, house on the bottom line.
